Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love what you wear. If something is not right, we will make it so.
7-day window
Unworn pieces with original tags may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery. Your first exchange is always complimentary.
Hygiene items
For hygiene reasons, hijabs and intimate accessories can only be returned if unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
How to start
Begin a return from My Account or message our concierge on WhatsApp. We will arrange a pickup or share a drop-off label.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued within 5–7 working days to your original method, or as store credit for COD orders.
