Delivery
How long will my order take?
Metro orders arrive in 1–3 working days and nationwide in 3–5. You will receive a tracking link by SMS the moment your parcel ships.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
Yes. Cash on delivery is available nationwide and is our default payment method at checkout — pay only when your order reaches your door.
Returns
What is your return & exchange policy?
Unworn pieces with tags can be exchanged or returned within 7 days of delivery. The first exchange is always free; we simply ask that hijabs be returned sealed for hygiene.
How do refunds work?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, or as store credit for COD orders, within 5–7 working days of us receiving the piece.
Sizing
How do I find my size?
Each product page carries garment measurements and a fit note. Our pieces are cut for an easy, modest drape — if you are between sizes, we suggest sizing down.
Are abayas adjustable in length?
Our abayas come in a single generous length designed to fall mid-shin to ankle on most heights. Complimentary hemming is available on request via our concierge.
